The Happy Hollows - (Set time: 11:00 PM)
In the past year, Sarah Negahdari, the singer, guitarist, and chief songwriter of Los Angeles art-rock trio The Happy Hollows, has caused quite a commotion in the music world. Wired Magazine called her “one of the coolest women in rock,” Pitchfork wrote that her voice “commands attention on both the stompers and serenades,” and The Huffington Post branded her a “rock goddess.” Sarah lived in NYC from 2003-2006 after which she moved to Los Angeles - needless to say we're looking forward to her homecoming! The Happy Hollows' debut album, Spells, is out now and the energetic trio is currently on tour with the almighty Besnard Lakes.
The Union Line - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
The Union Line has been together since 2008, releasing their self titled album independently that same year. They happen to be good friends with Local Natives, releasing a split single with them that same year. Since then they have been touring hard, preparing some new music and new releases.
