Thorcraft Cobra - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
Thorcraft Cobra
With Thorcraft Cobra, Canadian cold meets California cool. Billy and Tammy first met in previous projects while they were on the same label–the now defunct, but influential, Permanent Press Recordings. The two musicians always hatched plans to record together and, after a prolonged gestation (while Tammy toured the world and recorded with brothers Ron and Russell Mael, aka Sparks), Thorcraft Cobra finally came into being.

The debut Thorcraft Cobra full-length, COUNT IT IN is slated for release on January 8, 2013. The release will be on the Plaza Bowl Records & Tapes imprint, with distribution thru RedEye in the US and Outside in Canada!

The lead single from the record, COUNT ME OUT, hit iTunes, Amazon and eMusic on Oct 30. The song has had tremendous success at specialty radio, getting spins all over America and charting at #9 on the Alternative Specialty charts (KKBB) and #41 on the FMQB top 200 Submodern chart.

The COUNT ME OUT video was also released on Oct 30, and can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgR1qubMiVY&feature=plcp

The COUNT IT IN album features guest performances from some of the band's friends including Russell Mael (Sparks), Steve McDonald (Redd Kross), Mahsa Zargaran (Big Black Delta, Omniflux, Sabrosa Purr) and Will Love (Sabrosa Purr)
Boys School - (Set time: 9:00 PM)
Boys School
Known for his uniquely prominent and wide spanned guitar playing within the LA music scene for the likes of Lord Huron, Amnion (with Magnetic Zero, Aaron Embry) and soul legend, Solomon Burke, Detroit native Brett Farkas fronts his own clever cast to deliver a half hour fun-ride of sneering rock and roll, addictive pop and some thoughtful ballads. Boys School's self titled debut album flows with immense energy, original attitude and lyrical honesty while embodying a rich inspiration of early rock n roll, 70's glam and punk, classic soul music, 90's college radio, and the traditional song-smith to create something all to its own.
The Donnies The Amys - (Set time: 11:00 PM)
The Donnies The Amys
"When we last spotted Amy Wood, she was making racket on the port side of Big Black Delta's two-female-drummer arsenal. That was just the last sighting, of course; she also commands the kit for White Sea, All Wrong and the Plans Change, the Broken Remotes, Lonely Trees. Her latest project with her bandmate from the Outdoors, Donnie Stemp, looks like a boatload of fun. Stemp and Wood are going by the capitalization-challenged, conjunction-less moniker the donnies the amys, and they debut with a video for "Boxer + Clover." It's on their self-recorded debut album currently being mixed and mastered by the drummer's father, John Wood. The donnies the amys plan to release the album Dec. 31, in case your year-end list is belated." - BuzzBands.LA
