The story of Atomic Tom begins in Brooklyn. Atomic Tom started to hear their lyrics shouted back at them at shows. "We knew the time was right for a full-length record."
Boasting an exhilarating electronica-meets-arena-rock shuffle that is hauntingly delicate, Atomic Tom demonstrates remarkable musical ability and diversity, married with an innate sense of how to connect with an audience on a grand scale. "It's possible to reach each and every individual in an eighty thousand seat stadium," claims Philip. "You can make an enormous, towering sound and still say something deeply meaningful and musical." They plan to do just that.
The band's first single, "Take Me Out", neatly summarizes the theme of the record: "It's a vulnerable song. It's about letting people into your life, letting people rescue you," explains Luke. "Admitting that you need that, and then asking for it...that's a very difficult task, though it's something everyone goes through at some point."

The Dance Party - (Set time: 10:00 PM)

The Dance Party's material is characterized by a manic frenzy of electric guitar, fast-powered drums, boppy synthesizer and Coogan's coasting vocals that venture easily into falsetto territory every third note or so. Coogan dances around the stage like a caged sex beast, flailing limbs and hair following in the wake of every hip thrust, while his bassist and guitarist, donned in hi-tops and headband, respectively, trade riffs. It's obvious these guys are just here to party, and will continue to do so as they tour the US.

Polaris at Noon - (Set time: 9:00 PM)

Two years after removing himself from the world to do something new, Jason Suwito and Polaris at Noon are returning with a second effort this April. “Though I’m very proud of what I accomplished with Season One, I was all over the place and really bursting at the seams in regards to what I wanted to do creatively. This time around, I really tried to focus and figure out who Polaris at Noon is” states Suwito.
Polaris at Noon has been building their name and sound up and down the west coast developing for the upcoming EP. Suwito returned to his Orange County studio where he wrote, performed, recorded, mixed and mastered the entire effort himself. “I’m very confident in what my music has become and looking forward to getting my band out there and back on the road.”
Polaris at Noon seamlessly fuses electronic music with pop/rock that has garnered great esteem from fans of The Sounds, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, MSTRKRFT, and more. Currently playing regional dates and booking nationals for the summer, Polaris at Noon’s show is one not to miss. “We have a few surprises at our show. It’s a pure dance party and we really look forward to people getting out and catching it.”
